The property offers some great amenities, including a pool for relaxation and recreation, as well as an on-site laundry room for your convenience.
Yes, parking is available! Each apartment household is allowed up to two parking spots.
Some units do have washer and dryer connections, allowing you to install your own in-unit appliances. For those without connections, there are shared laundry facilities on-site.

One of the top selling features is its convenient location—everything you need is within walking distance, including the train station, a market, two gas stations, restaurants, and shopping options.
We are located in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School district.
The nearest grocery store is G's Food Mart, just 300 feet away, and the Carolina Pavilion Shopping Center is about 1 mile away.
Pet Policy
Yes, our community is pet-friendly! While we don’t have a pet park on-site, there is a pet park located just 10 minutes away for you and your furry friends to enjoy.
Maintenance
We currently don’t have on-site maintenance, but we ensure all needs are promptly addressed through our reliable contractors.
If you have a maintenance issue, you can contact the office at 704-227-5046. Alternatively, you can submit work orders through the resident portal. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask!
No, you don’t need to be present for a service technician to perform work. The office can provide access to the technician if you’re not home. If you have any other questions, just let me know!
